Easy to change blades. It comes close to being as powerful as a corded saw. Easy to get the battery off and on.The battery charges quickly and it holds a charge for a good long time when not in use. Part of my delight with this saw is because I have been using a corded saw for years.it is SO nice not to drag around extension cords. This is a great saw. I bought it mostly to use with the pruning blades for tree trimming, and cutting fallen branches.
when you need to cut some thing in a hurry no cord to have to get out. love this saw. works grate.
Cutting power and battery life are more than acceptable and recharging the batteries is a snap. With 75 trees on my lot with many dead branches to trim, I was most impressed with the quality of construction and ease of use of the Milwaukee Sawzall.
Cut some tree branches with it and it worked great. Worked just fine. Really like it.
Handed him the cordless sawzall, and he couldn't believe it. Comes with two long life, and quick charging, batteries. They were in the middle of something, and needed a reciprocating saw.
If your need is for all day destruction -- get a corded Milwakee sawzall, but for intermittent use this tool can't be beat. Enough that you'll hardly ever not have a fresh battery when you need it. And will get into places no corded tool can handle.
Had two carpenters and an electrician working on a project at my house this week. The big features for him(and for me) are the reversable battery, the 90 degree adjustable handle, the balance and "feel" of the tool, and the blade locking mechanism. You may be able to pay more for a sawzall, but you can't buy a better one.
One guy was going to go out to his truck (a hike from where we were working), but I said I'd grab mine. "I've GOT to get one of those -- that's the best sawzall I've ever used, corded or cordless." All of them had to give it a try.
